Horace Cooper, Project 21, & Awards, Recognitions, New Board and Officers

The Downtown Rotary Club of Houston is pleased to invite you to our annual Awards Recognition and New Board /Officers Installation Ceremony Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at the Ballroom at Bayou Place. Our guest speaker will be Horace Cooper, a senior fellow with the National Center for Public Policy Research, co-chairman of the Project 21 National Advisory Board, and a legal commentator.

Horace averages over 400 talk radio appearances per year representing the National Center and Project 21, in addition to regular television appearances and interviews by the print media.

Horace taught constitutional law at George Mason University in Virginia and was a senior counsel to U.S. House Majority Leader Dick Armey.

Downtown Rotary Club of Houston members are entitled to one (1) free ticket per paid member.

Corporate members are entitled to five (5) tickets. Visitors and guests must purchase a ticket at $50.
